18th C provençal armoire (wardrobe) from an hôtel particulier from Nîmes comprising 2 doors with prominent mouldings. The top and low crossbars are carved with shells and acanthus leaves motifs. The entire piece is crowned by a ” chapeau de gendarme” cornice.
