Late 18th C arlesian “credence”. Low sideboard comprising 2 doors in which a kneader (maie) was hidden. Characteristic piece of furniture of Provence with its openwork low crossbar decorated with a soup tureen, and its high cut doors in “chapeau de gendarme”.
